Rebecca Black is a part time counsellor at the University of Stirling Student Counselling Service and also works part-time at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh as a Fertility Counsellor. She holds a Master of Science degree in Counselling and is a trained counselling supervisor working from Stirling.

Rebecca has previous experience as a career guidance practitioner working with adults, is currently registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy [BACP] and the British Infertility Counselling Association [BICA]. She has an interest in supporting counsellors who work in medical settings and her counselling experience involves supporting clients with a range of issues including occupational stress, lack of confidence, complex career decisions, low self esteem, experiences of bullying, emotional abuse, infertility issues, loss and bereavement. Her counselling approach is person-centred and she is able to work with a small number of trained counsellors as a personal supervisor for 1:1 supervision on a monthly basis.

Her supervisory fee is currently £40 per hour.
